Wowy kazowy girl! That is quite the menu, I’m impressed.
So, I need to make 10 dozen cupcakes for my daughter’s school. I was hired to bake for their quarterly middle school honor roll dessert party. The recipes I’ve used in the past are either dry, gaggy, stick ya in the throat or really greasy (making for a not so pretty paper liner!).
I was thinking of 5 dozen vanilla cupcakes, 5 dozen chocolate cupcakes. Everyone gets 2, one of each flavor. I’m in Colorado and it seems like it really depends on what the humidity is that day, if we have any to speak of, that is!
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Wendy

Holy moly, 10 dozen cupcakes! Now I’m the one impressed. I really like the Mint Chocolate Chip Cupcakes, and I have received good feedback from them. Perhaps you could omit the peppermint extract and use that recipe for the chocolate cupcakes? After looking around, I realize I don’t have a great white or yellow cake recipe either on this blog or pinned in my recipes to try, so I can’t offer up much help there. And I hear you about the humidity! Living in the south, I have the opposite problem with too much most days. Good luck with your baking, and thanks for checking out the blog!

PS – I typically double-line my cupcake pan with papers to keep them looking bright and minimize any spots.
